Shipping & delivery

Simple standard shipping

For standard delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC, shipping is $35 per order on merchandise totals of $1,000 or less, and free on orders over $1,000. The free-shipping threshold begins at $1,000.01. The applicable rate appears at checkout before you pay.

Severtson products include standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. They may ship directly from Severtson. Orders containing Severtson and other products receive the applicable combined rate at checkout.

Other destinations and special services

Contact us before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, or special delivery requirements. Standard shipping does not include installation or optional services such as inside delivery, white-glove service, or other services requiring a separate arrangement. We will confirm availability and any additional charge with you before you commit to those services.

Availability and shipment timing

“Available to order” does not necessarily mean an item is in stock for immediate dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline, need an item urgently or want to confirm a supplier lead time. We will communicate the expected shipment timeframe for your order. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate shipments.

If we cannot ship within the communicated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated shipment estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. Custom and special-order conditions do not remove applicable delay-cancellation or refund rights.

Delivery problems

Contact us promptly about damage, an incorrect shipment, missing items or a delivery problem so we can help investigate and resolve it. Please keep packaging and any available photographs. For return instructions, see our return policy.
